RHS Concert Choir made local news!

Young Ridgefield musicians perform John Rutter's Magnificat at Carnegie Hall

The Ridgefield High School Choir performed John Rutter’s Magnificat under the legendary conductor John Rutter himself at Carnegie Hall on January 7th, 2024. The RHS Choir was invited to perform alongside six other choirs and full orchestra for MidAmerica Productions’ 40th anniversary concert. They worked vigorously to learn and prepare the music for this performance, and their hard work paid off. They will never forget the feeling of looking out at a sold out audience giving them a standing ovation at the conclusion of the performance. The whole experience feels like a dream, and the RHS Concert Choir is forever grateful.
